The crew member hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Just login to your dashboard via the website, there you will find the crew members name and contact details. Please try to contact the crew member directly first before contacting us. Your crew member shouldn't be too far away!


If your crew member is uncontactable and your booking duration has passed, please contact us to arrange for a replacement crew. There are some easy ways you to let us know about this:

1. You can contact us on live-chat (through the small blue button on the bottom right) between 7.30 AM and 5.30 PM and we'll arrange for a same day replacement as soon as possible.
2. You can create a ticket directly on our Helpdesk to notify us

3. You can also create a new booking or reschedule your booking for a different day and time. Please let us know about these changes so that we can ensure that you're not double-charged. 

4. When you receive the feedback form in your email after your booking duration has passed, you can select this as an option under the feedback form: Crew member didn't show upWe will be notified about this immediately and will get in touch with you to find a solution.
