My property got (almost) damaged, how can I let you know?

Please fill out the feedback form after your booking and at the bottom of the form, select Crew member caused damage. Include details in the comments section - our customer service team will then follow up with the crew member and get in touch with you. Or you can create a ticket directly and we will follow up with you regarding your claim. Don't forget to take a photo of the damaged item or area to proceed with the insurance claim.
