How can I leave feedback?

To leave feedback after a booking

  1. On the evening after each booking, you'll receive a feedback form in your email address. If you cannot find the feedback form, please check your Junk/Spam folders! Select the number of stars you want to give - 1 star being the lowest rating and 5 stars being the highest rating.

  2. After clicking on a star rating, a web page will open where you can leave more specific feedback. Please put in any further feedback in the comment box, this will help us to improve our service.

  3. All feedback will be reviewed and actioned on by both our customer service team and the crew member. A customer service team member will get in touch with you to ask for further information or to resolve any issues that you might have mentioned.

To edit/update feedback after a booking

If you have mistakenly pressed the wrong button or provided feedback that you want to update, please get in touch with us and we will be able to update it on your behalf. If you have not received the feedback form, please let us know so that we can resend the form to you.
