The crew member left early, how can I let you know?

There are several methods that you can use to inform us about this.

When you receive the feedback form in your email after your booking duration has passed, you can select this as an option under the feedback form: Crew member left early. We will be notified about this accordingly.

Or you can create a ticket directly on our Helpdesk. Either way, we will try our best to provide you with some alternative solutions.
