Your credit card will be charged securely at the end of the day of your booking. If your crew didn't show up or if you were charged incorrectly, please get in touch with us and we will get it sorted as soon as possible.
If we are unable to process the payment and charge your card, we will send you an email as a reminder to update your card details. We will send 3 reminders before putting your account on hold. Please check your Spam/Junk folders to make sure you are not missing any important emails from us.
